I was having a hard time too but now I know I'm safe I'll rest much easier.

Sorry to hear you arn't too good at mo, I just read your 'balloon' thread - why is it whenever something important comes up your brain empties itself instantly.

    How annoying!!!!

Hugs hun, sorry to hear that you was having a hard time too. I know this week its, well been so im not sure if stressful is the right word, I guess it is for me. Lots of things going on mentally I mean. Going to the hairdressers, going to my therapy, and that English thing. hmmm. Not a good week I guess.

Oh well, hope you are ok today.

Yes, a York meet sounds like a good idea.

    Hi

Sorry I won't be able to make it. I find it hard enough going to town on my own.

Have you tried looking up Mind in your area? I used to go to a support group there.

    Hi,

Just wondered if anyone was still interested in a meet up in York? Have only just joined on here and had a look to see if there was any meet ups in this area and noticed this thread from earlier in the year.

    Thanks

    Cheryl

You should maybe consider joining Our Celebration in York. They have a few activity sessions and return to work prep too.
