Cipralex and Pregnancy

hi all, me and my boyfriend are thinking of trying for a baby but i am on 10mg cipralex, what i would like to know is has anyone been pregnant and taken this medication and how was it for them. As i am worried about stopping the medication to make me feel worse.

You need to discuss this with your doctor foremeost as it is ceratinly not advised to get preganant whilst on some SSRI's . Think Prozac is the one they prefer at the moment.

Ask for some pre conceptual care

I would think that the doctor would prefer you not to be on it whilst pregnant so may suggest a slow withdrawal process before you even get pregnant.

You really need to talk to him about it but personally I wouldn't want to be taking these sort of meds whilst pregnant.
