Unhappy Scared by ultrasound results that are unsure about lump

I had a doctor recently send me for an ultrasound for a small lump deep inside my outer labia and although she was certain it was probably just a cyst the ultrasound results are unsure on what the lump actually is. It apparently has a thicker consistency than a cyst but my doctor for some reason still says it must be a cyst. I'm supposed to go for another ultrasound in a month and she seemed very chill about it being probably nothing serious but I'm still worried it will end up being cancer. The only cancer I could find for what it could be is a rare sarcoma yet even though its so rare im convinced i have it.. any advice/feedback to help me get over this fear and have an easier time waiting? My boyfriend seems certain that it's okay but I have pretty bad health anxiety so I still feel scared.

Sounds like a cyst to me. If they were at all concerned you would be rushed through the system. In the U.K. we are referred under the two week guide if cancer is suspected. I’m sure you’re fine
