heya! i'm grim (name, not a mood lol)! been lurking a lot of anxiety forums lately as my anxiety gets worse and this one seemed the most legit to me, so here i am! i mostly suffer from contamination ocd, health anxiety and panic disorder, plus some miscellaneous mental illnesses that don't give me as hard of a time as any of the anxiety based ones.
i'm currently seeing a therapist i really like and working on cbt; still searching for a psychiatrist that's currently accepting patients, but i've been on klonopin in the past and that's been something that's really helped me! hoping to find some support, kinship and maybe advice here; maybe even make some friends, ya never know, lol.
