Citalopram side effects are back after a month

Hi all,
A month ago I was diagnosed with a panic disorder and depression. I was put on 10mg of citalopram. I got the usual insomnia and nausea with it along with a burning feeling in the chest and arms and sweating excessively. Lots of yawning. Also I got a lot of panic attacks the first two weeks. After about 2 weeks the side effects went away and I've been feeling pretty darn good. Sleep has been great, no more nausea, no more crazy sweating and burning. Stomach feels good, appetite is finally back.
I feel calmer and not worry as much.
But, these past two days I've been feeling really awake. I fall asleep at night but am up in 4-5 hours and not tired and I can't fall back asleep. Also, I woke up today with nausea and that burning in the chest and arms is back..
Is this still side effects or is this anxiety and I need to up my dosage?
I don't know what to do but I do know I need more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

did anything change 3 days ago? Prescription refill? Change in diet? Stressful event that may have triggered anxiety to start slowly building up?

I've been on 10mg for 2 months [I can't tolerate anything higher] and noticed my anxiety shot up at the 6 week mark that coincided with a prescription refill. The anxiety settled down within a few days and I've been fine since then.

I do notice that my anxiety starts to spike after long periods of calm..
