    Food & IBS

People that suffer from IBS does anyone find certain food triggers it off?
Last time i had an upset stomach i had bacon the night before, last night we had loads of strawberrys & some vodka & coke, and it happened this morning. Just wondering now if its certain food that might trigger it off or do you think its mainly stress?

Thanx y'all that has been a big help. Yep i have noticed stress can trigger it alone, there doesnt seem to be a definate pattern. Handy to know about the fat issue with i.b.s sufferers too.
    Thanks
