I find Kalms work a treat, Anyone else ever had these?

Yep - I take 2 about an hour before a nerve wracking event like shopping or lunch out in a pub etc - it seems to take the edge of the anxiety tho its still there a bit!! Wenjoy x

Hi Ive jsut got some of these, but so far not taken any, was advised to thake them to tackle my long term insomnia as I didnt want any other medication.xx

Yeah I take them and Lane's Quiet Life seem good. They seem safer to me them prescription meds, I have real problems taking them

I take them, but sometimes i think it could just be a placebo when moments of anxiousness break through.

Ive read about these, Im going to try them, we were told to actually use them on my dog once becuase he always got worked up around fireworks season, they worked on him quite a bit ha

hi has anybody tried valerian ive started taking it today, dont know if the placebo or pill kicked in lol. i guess im trying everything am going out in 3 weeks n cant face it without help am so nervous xx

I've read the Kalms ingredients and I think valerian is one of them. I tried valerian but not long enough to see any effect.
I think I will buy some Kalms and maybe that Quite life someone mentioned. you can get them in chemists so that's a good sign for me.
