    Hi,
I know exactly how you are feeling,
The waiting is always the worse, I worry for weeks before any event.
I usually find once I am there though I am ok.
And afterwards I am just happy that I went and made it through.
So I actually feel quite relieved.
Try and enjoy it the best you can.
I always sit near exits and take a bottle of water and sweets to suck on.
don't know if it helps but it gives me something to do when I feel anxious.
    Good luck x

I hope you manage to get to the event ok and most importantly enjoy watching your daughter. Sometimes the anticipation is worst than the actual thing you're aiming to do.

I would recommend small trips out every day leading up to the event, like a crash course of exposure therapy.

I really do hope you get there and wish you well with the physical issues that you have. It's so hard dealing with one thing never mind physical & mental issues at the same time.

    Good luck

Hiii, just to let you know I did it. I was not too bad anxiety wise. Physically I was only able to take 1hr and 20 mins, but my daughter was happy and proud of me, so that makes me happy too!!
    Thanks all xx

"Only" 1 hour 20 mins??!! That's a lifetime so well done to you!!

So good for your daughter that you could share her special moments too. You should give yourself huge credit for going through with it and being there xx
