    why the rapid heartbeat

    Hi

Im finding oxazepam very good for me. Makes me relaxed and easy going. The third time I took it, today, I got tachycardia with a pulse of maybe 110 sitting for about an hour. Quite scary, but I got though it. Why did this happen?

I had taken phospatidylserine earlier which creates more adrenaline. I wonder if this could be an interaction causing the problem. Would I be safe without that, or are there any benzos that are "mild" regarding this issue.

There are no mild benzos. Speak to your doctor about possibly changing medications. Benzos should be a last resort. They are habit forming.
