    does ya anxiety and ocd get worse with pmt?

    hi can any say if pmt increases the ocd , ie more racey thoughts and not being able to control them as well as other days ?

    Hey,

    I don`t suffer from OCD but I do find that pmt makes my anxiety much worse sadly.
