Hello, I'm new to this particular group although have posted in GAD before.

I'm going for my first CBT session tomorrow as since Feb I've been having problems sleeping. I had chronic insomnia for a while and still have some awful nights, but am taking Trazodone which although helps my sleep, doesn't really agree with me and am reducing it weekly to come off it.

Anyway I was wondering if anyone else had had CBT for sleep issues and what kind of results it had?
