This depression is taking everything outta me

I believe my depression is from withdraw but omg it's so difficult right now, family is over and everyone is wondering why I'm not out there with all them I just wanna be alone in my room, I'm trying to stick it out and act normal but man it's difficult.

Back story Zoloft stopped working I was using Ativan and ran out so now I'm withdrawing from that along with non working anti-depressants.

I know how you feel. I'm not sure I can keep doing this. Im exhausted by trying so hard.
