Today I went to do blood test because I didn't do it for years and I forgot that I should hold the pressure in arm for about 5 minutes after doing it. I was holding it for about 2 minutes maybe until blood stopped and now I am feeling a little stiffness in my arm the whole day (without any pain though only unpleasant feeling). I only see red dot where the needle went in for now.Is this normal? I am worried a little bit that the bruises won't come out or something even worse since it's been 20 hours after I did the blood test. I am sorry if this is a stupid question I am new here and I don't remember any of my previous experiences of blood testing.
