Spot on testicles

I have spot on my testicles is this normal or do I need to worry?

In any case when it comes to testicles, it's really easy to just go to the doctor and have them looked at. No shame whatsoever, almost everyone does it sooner or later, it doesn't hurt, it's not unconfortable or anything. It's just routine... Just do it and the doctor will explain everything rather then getting info from the internet...
