It is much less likely to stop than if it was regularly beating at over 100 bpm.

When sleeping my dad's heart would slow to less than 10 bpm at times, on one occasion it flatlined for 12 seconds. He talked doctors into fitting a pacemaker despite his age and died from a stroke a couple of years later after blood clotted on the wire fed inside an artery to the heart and then detached. His kid sister had the same issue, did nothing and lived to the ripe age of 102 and 4 months.

Well I'm still on the Prozac and have been fine. I've quit checking my pulse and have been exercising a lot more now. I do have an odd question. Can I eat garlic with Prozac. I know both have blood thinning capabilities but I don't think enough to worry. I sometimes eat 4 cloves at a time(gross to some but I love cooking with garlic).

Garlic is likely okay, but look out for bleeding signs such as bruising more easily, nose or gum bleeding, etc, and avoid also taking aspirin and other NSAID painkillers (paracetamol, aka acetaminophen is okay), Omega-3/fish oil and ginkgo biloba supplements.
