Realy dont know much about anti de because i never took them for long , But i was bad with palps when i first got anx and pan , i get them on and off now ,sometimes a wee one here and there ,sometimes for a whole day ,they are a pain in butt . Maybe youve got into that cycle of the more you think about them the more you get them. Try this wee exercise !!! Take your finger and thumb ,hold one nostril closed breath in through the other ,now close that nostril and breath out through the one you wer holding , now breath in through that nostril ,close it and breath out through the other one . It helps calm the nerve that regulates the heart or something . Do it for about half an hour each day , it helped me ! If you google breathing exercises for palps you might get a better idea what to do . And dont worry ! They will stop
thanks very much for answering, shorty , i will try out the breathing xx
