Red blotchy spots/rash under eyes

I had a very stressful night last night, spent alot of time crying...when i woke this morning i noticed i had these red blotchy marks/spots under my eyes. i did look on other web pages to find that it could be broken blood vessels, and will go in 24 hours.

It has worried me a bit, can anyone else help.

Poor you not only a sad night now you have those tell tale red blotches , they will go hun bathe them with some cool pads on your eyes and try and relax

I went to the doctors, and they gave me some medication or something,
