I can feel my pulse everywhere!

Ive always been able to feel and count my heartbeat while just walking around or sitting down or whatever i feel the pulse throughout my entire body, it started ever since i had a breakdown and tried to kill myself and had to leave school, had anxiety really bad since that day

Yes I can feel (and sometimes see) my heartbeat around my body. I went to my doctor, he just said if anything it's a good sign!
