Hello, everyone! Brand new here. I found this site from an article about a woman who's traveled all over the world and suffers from anxiety.
I had severe anxiety 16 years ago, got in under control, and it's back.
Things are so different now. Thank goodness.
16 years ago, nobody talked about it so I felt very alone and ashamed. I'm so glad that things are out in the open now. I'm definitely not alone!
