Good afternoon,
My name is alekis (not my real name but a handle I used online) and I am new here (hence the location I am putting this post - makes sense really). I never really know what to say in these posts despite having been part of similar forums in the past.
I am here because I want to speak with others who have any kind of anxiety attacks to feel slightly less alone and less like some kind of a weirdo or that it is all in my head (though I guess technically it is but I hope you get my meaning).
I don't know what more to say but I would like to try to get to the bottom of this and I don't feel I can talk about it elsewhere so hoping this may help. I'll stop rambling now.
