Groin Lymph Nodes matted together!! Super anxious

hey, i can feel in my groin that 2 of the lymph nodes are matted together, does anyone else have lymph nodes that feel really close together down there??

my anxiety have been almost gone for 3 weeks now but now this made me jump into an anxiety attack!🤮🤮

No, its just that when i feel at them i can feel that they are stuck in each other, or they sit really really close together.

They also move together, i only put pressure on one and the one next to it also moves

Ok then... thank you for confirming my suspicions Stop poking and prodding/self examining yourself! You have no clue what you're feeling and you're just feeding your anxiety.
