So I was drinking hot soup and I inhaled some of it by accident , and now I'm scared I have something inside my lungs and I'm scared I'm gonna get pneumonia . The soup is a spicy soup, so now I feel like a burn, and I'm paranoid as heck and I feel like it's hard to breathe . IM scared I inhaled a little piece of carrot or something .

Also Stressed, does your therapist know about your participation on the forum?
If not, it's something that needs to be addressed. Reassurance seeking is detrimental to your recovery.

Yes they told me to leave the forum, but I just can't stop.
Honestly I'm really scared about the whole soup incident , can someone calm me down
