Today, about 5 times I have had this weird, abrupt and comes out of nowhere sensation where my throat gently seems to suck in on itself...that makes no sense I know. But it feels like it closes, but only for a second and the sensation is soft. I don't know a better way to describe it. It's truly freaked me out I don't know if it could be hay fever related. It came out of no where and is a completely new sensation to me.
Anyone understand this?
