    chest pain in middle

    hey, im 16 years old and i have had a pain in middle of my chest for a long time, when i bend backwards or stay in any weird position i feel it. when i relax i don't really feel any pain, the doc told me its muscular but idk... im super scared and got a huge anxiety thinking about it all the time which makes it worse

    Listen to your doctor. Did s/he recommend anything to help it?
