I think that I could overcome anxiety pretty much if it wasnt for this stupid booming pulse in my head..GOD..I have been told to live with it..How can you take your mind off your heart worrying when you hear your pulse all day and all night..It has turned me into a total hypocondriac!Its not stress..it gives me stress..I have been told its benign,but there are so many reasons all over the internet that it could be..I had a specialist tell me live with it..I don't know how to do that..It took me over a year to get used to tinnutus 30 years ago.It makes me worry and worry and worry..just about the time im really relaxed and taking my mind off of it .. I get up to do something minor and there it is booming..booming...I just don't know what to do about it anymore..Its not blood pressure..its just something..hopeing that the doctors know its not harmful..Its just scarry hearing every little beat,misbeat,gallop sound or whatever all the time..i am just about to my last straw and don't know what to do.I wouldn't have anxiety if it wasn't for this..It keeps reminding me..that it could be artery..it could be heart problems it could be this and that.. But like i said doctors say no..I give up.. Just thought I would share what its like to know what your heart sounds like 24 hours a day when people tell you to take your mind off of it.. you are lucky that you dont hear it and can take your mind off of it..
