I'm suffering really badly from acid reflux (or GERD as it as known) my doctor has given me stronger tablets to help combat it but it feels like I can't relax over it ever. Every day i'm waking up and wondering if I am going to feel well or ill because of it. I drink herbal tea to try and help digestion and try and be careful with my diet. I just don't know what to do anymore and I am fed up. Is anyone else in a similar position to me?

Yes, I am in exactly the same position! I either have acid reflux or am in fear and dread of having it. Nothing really helps and its making my anxiety off the scale.

Check out the FODMAP diet. My wife and I have reflux and follow this in addition to taking a PPI. We've improved dramatically.
