Low blood pressure.. too low? Help please.

Hi,

I have been so sick lately. I have mono and also my blood pressure has been around 86/54 to 90/56. I am not sure which one is making me so tired. The more tired I feel and the more I want to jump out of my skin the more anxiety I get. Then I have to take a xanax and that lowers my blood pressure even more. This is a vicious cycle, and I can't take it anymore. I am also on a beta blocker, we just reduced my dosage, I am on it to slow down my heart rate.

Does anyone get that feeling like they want to jump out of their skin? I need help. My doctor said to rest and drink lot's of water and that is all I can do. Well I have to work! She is sending me to a infectious specialist, but who knows how long that will take.

Please help.

oh my god im feling exact same...my anxiety has got worse...my BP is 80/40..its horrible
i keep waking up at night with palpitations and getting hot and then freezing cold :-(

F**k with these buttons and knobs long enough, and maybe things will turn out...just fine!
