Huge day.

So today was the first day in probably a good few years that i went the whole day without any anxiety whatsoever.

I had no heart palpitations, nothing. I usually get them every day because i get so anxious!

I had a moment today that would have normally set me off, but i was calm all day and handled it

This is actually a really big step for me, its been so long since i’ve had a day like this and i know that this doesn’t mean i won’t have bad days to come, but its a step in the right direction!

I’ve been focussing on logical thinking lately, breathing techniques, being present in the moment - and its definitley helping!

I had a pretty good day today and didn't worry much even though my shopping routine was messed up I was okay and didn't worry about my implant I recently got put in or even my irrational fear of pregnancy i'm having at the moment.
Logical thinking and being present can defo help a ton! and its important to take it each day at a time x

Thank you so much Its an amazing feeling finally being able to figure stuff out. I had another really good day today. Got a little anxious but handled it and was fine within minutes!

Its such a change to how i usually am, really makes me happy seeing some progress
