    Fitbit reading 105

I do feel anxious today. I have an anxious pit in my stomach. I even went running this morning and took my meds and still feel like this. I'm worried that my heart rate is reading 105 while just sitting here. I did have a piece of chocolate an hour ago, and am wondering if that's why I feel like this.

I know that checking my heart rate is feeding my heart obsession, but I do use my fit bit to track my steps daily. I'm taking new medication so I want to make sure it's not increasing my heart rate. Any one else feel like this? Advice please?

One piece of chocolate eh? Ooo that's really done some damage now Perhaps read my last reply to Wiredincorrectly. It could well be meant for you too and it might help.

Lose the fit bit...permanently. It's giving you nothing but grief.
