    Constant depression that never goes..

I am always sad. Every past event still affects me..I can never get over it..

I am overrun with remorse and guilt..

    I think I am a terrible person..

I take it out on other people sometimes and shut myself away.

I have a constant looming fear of impending death..

I am again contemplating suicide..I thought I was over this

If its not health anxiety..Its this. I'm tired of it.

Are you in therapy? Are you on meds? Are you exercising and avoiding high fat foods and alcohol? What is your ‘crisis plan’? X

No, no therapy, I have been on waiting lists before and not had the confidence to go

    No, no meds

I exercise daily, and eat fatty foods sometimes. I can't drink, i'm not of legal age (i'm 14).

    I have no crisis plan.

You really need to talk to your parents about this as well and get their help.

Why haven't you had the confidence to go to therapy?

Maybe it will have so you should really try.
I have insomnia too and The longest I have gone with no sleep whatsoever is a week.
If you have trouble sleeping go doctors.

Are you on any sleeping pills? Why can’t you sleep?
