Feeling restless and ill Please Help!!!!

    Hi,
Does any one else feel like they can't rest. I am unable to sit down, all I feel is this sad, uncomfortable feeling in my body. My back and stomach feel cramped and tired, like I have been cooped up in a small space for a long time. I feel like I'm carrying 10 times my weight on my shoulders and I am unable to relax at all. I sleep well at night, but when I wake up, I don't feel rested. I've had a terrible time with anxiety these past 2 weeks. but I am really unsure about how to shake of this feeling. Any advice?

    Re: Feeling restless and ill

I call this my "Riverdance" mode. I know it is adenaline driven energy from my anxiety. The feeling sick is also part of it and comes with the "Fight or Flight" package. Your body basically wants to rid itself of any excess weight.

Accept the feeling helps me, and I also find the "Headspace" app on my phone helps me relax and once you start relaxing you should get some relief. Also, if you are feeling full of energy, can you burn any off exercising?
