Cant do this anymore

I cant deal with this anymore!
Im 16 and I start collage tommow :|
but I have suffered from anixety and panic attacks for 5 years I had counceling, they i was much better, I was alright for a year or so, then I had a relaps and i went back, and about a year and a half ago I was discharged and I have had a few blips now and then but since last wednesday I have been really bad! Like panic 24/7 and I cant cope. I have suicidal thoughts but i dont know if I would do anything, I just need this feeling to stop!!!! ;'(

I have done gymnastics for 8 years and I LOVE it, but I have been so awful I havnt been able to go, i feel so fustrated with myself And I really dont want to go collage because my highschool years were ruiened by anxiaty and i wanted collage to be a fresh normal start, but now it wont!
