Hi, I'm probably going to sound ridiculous now, and I know that it probably is, but still I can't stop panicking.
Basically, I just licked an envelope and got a paper cut on the outside of my top lip. I also have a sore throat at the moment. I'm worried that if I have a throat infection, the bacteria is going to go into my lip and infect it. Or that some other bacteria will cause an infection. I'm also worried that if it does get infected, the infection will become serious. I also don't have anything antiseptic that I can put on my lip to the prevent infection and it's late so the shops are closed.
It really stings and I'm panicking. Am I overreacting?
