That's super, I've def noticed a difference when I'm on caffeine to not being on cafffeine. How hard is it to cut out sugar though? Where do you get your recipes from?

When we talk about sugar, it is best to try and avoid fructose, which is 50% of ordinary white refined sugar and is the damaging part of it.

Sugar right now is public enemy no. 1 but you won't read much about its mental effects - only the physical issues it causes. However there is a growing evidence that it plays a significant part in mental health too.

I have been on a zero sugar diet for 6 weeks now and will never go back. I am convinced my depression was worse when I was eating cakes, biscuits etc. on a daily basis. Yes, it is very hard at first but it does get easier. I'd recommend the book "Sweet Poison" by David Gillespie - that will tell you all you need to know.

There is no concrete scientific evidence and there probably won't be for some time (the big food and drinks manufacturers will make sure of that) but all I can say is try it for yourself and see. It has worked for me, hand on heart, and my depression is not so bad. The added bonus is that you will be doing your physical health a wealth of good, not to mention your waistline.

    Excellent yes!

Imagine our body as a pond.

We wouldn't want to dilute it with sugars and energy drinks.

We want to fill it with natural ingredients to nourish it!

Diet is very important in my opinion!

Fuel your body with foods that are full of life.
