Is this DP/DR?

I was recently put on Topirimate for Migraine and it caused me to have a bad reaction. My anxiety went super high and I couldn't recognise certain parts of my own house. This was 5 days ago and I'm still really anxious. I still occasionally get it where I see something familiar but can't really process it and then freak out. Is this DP or DR? Or something else? I don't really know..

Could be DPDR because I also sometimes feel that known places are completely different, even though I remember them, they just have that different vibe. It is most likely drug induced DPDR and should pass once drug effects pass. Also you should notify your doctor about it and ask for med change.
