Palpitations

So lying in bed. Been a tad anxious as I am alone tonight and scared if being alone especially in the dark but no way near as anxious as I have

Home in the end but I just had a strange chest sensation.

It felt like a palpitation however it felt like more than one at one time is this that flutter people mention? I'm quite worried now and feel like my breath is heavy. I must sleep because I have to be up early but can't relax...

it,s palps isn,t it. i was up till bout 2am this morning watching a movie. but had a weird chest sensation too & my breathing felt a bit fast but was too tired to take notice but kept waking up after i slept & now this morning my head is dodgy. due to a cold but not sleeping good either & it keeps going funny. how you feel this morning.

Oh that sounds awful. I have managed to avoid a cold this winter touch wood..

I have been okay today I think I had a few palps in a lecture when I realised a group presentation hadn't saved due to the radiculous system on the computers.. I ended up having words with an i.t technician..

When I sat down after I began to feel tw sensation in my chest once again :-( x
