Yes! I was reading about this the other day on a psychology website and couldn't actually find what the app was called, it only said something about it being made by a group from Bristol university, which after a short read on that link seems to be the same.
It's a new type of therapy apparently so thankyou

I did, it's slightly underwhelming. I can see it being at least a little help though

Did you download it? The anxiety tracker thing is going to be pretty interesting, I'm going to enter in how my anxiety is every morning, noon and night
Looking through all of the little games now and I think it's actually really good, I can see myself using it a lot, I didn't notice there were that many things to do on it

A good app is Stop Panic - the one from the Excel At Life website
I find it to be better than the Sam App because it has panic assistance audios and informative texts, as well as the option to keep an anxiety diary. The website also has useful meditations!
