Driven absolutely miles to see my parents. Loooong and arduous journey, packed roads and packed service stations but I did it. knackered but happy.
Oh and yesterday I was the calmest and most assertive i have ever been in my life, when confronted by a pushy person ... At last I have discovered I can be assertive. Wowee.

Went out with my mum and gran for a coffee and walked into town myself and dealt with the crowds. Town was jam packed since it was a sunny day but I still done it. I'm still wary and nervous about going into shops and shopping centres but in the last month I have went from being housebound to going on public transport, walking around a large city, going out for a meal/drinks etc so even though I still have to work on shops and shopping centres, I am so happy and proud at how far I have came I done this by forcing and challenging myself and in a way I am surprised its worked, but I am not complaining!
