One good thing that happened today

Glad to see you have kept this thread going, Lior. Sorry to have dropped off. I had a good day seeing some friends I haven't seen in a while from school. It was nice to vent because we have similar jobs and go through a lot of stress. Nice to unwind too.

It's good to do this before bed

My housemate brought me back some free delicious rosewater baklava things that they give out at the end of the meal at the local restaurant. I can't believe how delicious they are. I brushed my teeth by the time she got back, so I've got that waiting for me tomorrow!

Yesterday had a bbq with friends in the nice weather. Today I got an appointment with my doctor, called this morning and they could fit me in after work surprisingly!

I had lunch with my team and we batted ideas around. It was fun and hopeful and creative - lots of smiles and encouragement all round. It was a good feeling.

My housemate made dinner for me today... and my friends bought me lunch... so I ended up with 2 roast dinners today!

I enjoyed having a rainy day where I didn't have to do anything except look after myself today.

I'm on a work trip, and I get two meals on expenses! So I had a chickpea burger, and a beef burrito... as well as drinks... and I've effectively only spent £3 on food the whole day. That's less than if I was at work in the office
