    Hi.

Hm... am not sure don't think I have ever experienced that before, not for that period of time anyway. Did anything happen to when you were at work to increase your stress level or make you panicky?

Well earlier my daughter had,nt come home from work, and not answering her mobile, i did feel anxious as an accident had be reported close to where i live .When she did get home it was 7.20. two hrs later, she said that she was working overtime. she did say sorry for worrying me.But still do,nt understand symptoms.

Was that before you felt all panicky or after? Because if it was before that could have been what triggered it off and made you anxious.

    Hi,
This sounds like it could be something like derealisation maybe?

I have very strange unreal feelings and i feel like things around me are moving and speeding past me.

I think when we suffer with anxiety or panic attacks symptoms can still happen when we least expect it i suppose its learning how to deal with them and understanding how to overcome them so we feel better.

Hm... am not sure what to say, I haven't experienced what you've said much, but am sure it was just because something made you have a bit of a panic so its probably nothing to worry about but if you were that worried then you could go to your doctors.

Hi there, sorry you felt so bad, but happy your daughter was ok. I honestly think it was anxiety, worried you hadn't heard from your daughter, your mind went straight to all the awful things that could have happened, you went into auto-pilot (just in case), and once all was ok, off to work, relax and wham!! Working nights also takes a lot out of you, as you know, odd sleeping routines, eating routines etc...Take care and keep in touch. x
