It does trust me but we have blips im having a big one 2nite but only coz peeps dont understand and make it so much harder for you. Done it a million times and will get thru tonight even if feeling wick xxxx

I think once any accepts their panic and anxiety attacks, it will and does get easier for that person to function as best as possible.
