So, if this was on my right side I probably wouldn’t be here posting, but of course, it has to be my left so it is sending my HA into overdrive.

On Thursday when I stood from a sitting position the lower left side of my back began to hurt. It’s been hurting since then but slowly getting better.

Then yesterday afternoon I was out shopping and my left arm began to hurt out of no where. It began around my bicep and is a bit tender to touch.
Then today it has become an ache as well as this sharper pain that radiates into my neck.

It’s been like this for more than 24 hours, I have no shortness of breath, nausea, chest pains (aside from when it radiates down that way), no cold sweats.

I worked my shift today at work, which is 8 hours is physical labour and took my dog for a walk after work.

If this was heart related would I be displaying other symptoms? Can you have “warning pain” this long with heart issues and still go about your daily life?

Does this sound more like a pulled muscle?
