Back again reflux issues

Ive been away from this site for months i juat couldnt face it as i was trying not to read any triggers that would set something else off. For about a month ive felt like i have something stuck in my throat i burp which gives me temporary releif only for it to build again seconds later, i can eat and have no issues swallowing food, infact after food i feel slightly better! Only for it to come back. Ive been docs and theyve prescribed lansoprazole ive taken it for 2 days and have no releif, im due to go back monday, ive spent the day googling endoscopy as im convinced this is the next step, im petrified i really am i cant Focuss on anything including my children who are on school hols. My husband wont entertain anything which i know is my own fault and im actually the boy that cried wolf. I cannot have a camera down my throat i just cant. Im not even sure it is reflux as i dont have acid. Ive googled stomach cancer an i know my chances are low At age 38.

Getting scoped is not a big deal because they will sedate you. I've had one done before and they are nothing to be scared of.
