Thumbs down Still suffering.. anxiety attack for 2 hours.

Been suffering with an anxiety attack since like... 9pm... was a quick day and whenever I look at the screen of like the tv I get dizzy and can't really see that good. Also my left eye seems kind of blurry, heart palpitations, been coughing a bit, and been havin' chest pain... this is day 5 without my usual medication so I'm hoping that's what this is.

    Hi Paulos

So sorry that you're feeling so bad. It's definately withdrawal symptoms. Did you come of medication straight or did you taper?

If you can get through this next couple of days, I'm sure the withdrawal will be near gone.

You're doing great, withdrawal is very hard but stick with it, cause you're on the road to recovering.

Blurred eyesight is a sign of anxiety and also withdrawal. Dizziness is too. But it will be worth it in the end. The chest pain is tension. Try real hard to distract yourself, find something that will totally take over your mind, a real hard puzzle.

Good luck with it, and keep up the good work.

Thanks, I'm just OCD so I'm always worrying... this is day 5 for me without my usual meds and day 2 without booze.
