Help! no balance for a while?

Last night i was just laying back watching television after putting the kids to bed, when the phone rang, i rolled off the sofa and up and my head and body felt light and wozzy, like i had no balance. I said to my friend on the phone god i feel really bad, but she said just sit and wait a while for it to pass, luckily my brother and his wife turned up my heart was also racing, i kept trying to walk about and it did pass but left me shaken, does anyone else have this. panicing big time!

Dizziness lasts daily for me, on and off, dont worry it's all anxiety and stress.

    Don't you love it.

(Always look on the bright side of life (whistles) ) hehe
