Hey my health anxiety is spiking and I need your help can you advise me please I've been totally angry all day and have barely pooped these last 2 weeks like 4 times at most and now I'm pooping a lot and it's kinda mush
I’m scared because I hate vomiting and having loose bowels I’m really scared I need reassurance or help please I don’t feel nauseous at all!

Anxiety and IBS go hand in hand. That’s what it sounds like to me. If it’s been a while get it checked out. I’ve been officially diagnosed with IBS in 2013, mine is both C&D so I have those rotations when I’m stressed.
