Really? heart burn can start with a panic attack?
Yup, and also you could wake up with acid reflux and this could trigger a panic attack. Then the panic attack triggers more reflux. I've experienced this cycle many times although I'd probably say I was experiencing huge levels of anxiety and distress in most cases and not what I'd personally call a panic attack.
Out of interest do you get a slight lemon taste or acidic tang in your mouth with the burning? Not saying it is definitely acid reflux just quite likely.
No not really. Dont get any taste just like someone dumped hot coal in the centre if my chest at the pain is growing. I had a huge acid reflux a couple of days ago but it included vomiting into my own mouth... Then it hurt like hell but the feeling was different. How long does the pain from reflux last?
Hello again. I know i post a lot but i hope you can forgive me for that.
So i just need someone to help with a couple of questions.
1.Why do i have a bounding pulse for 6 months. (Docs said im fine, its slightly less irritating in the morning yet i feel like a drum by the evening). And i mean all day long 24/7 i can see it in my neck and count it with eyes closed no touching.
2. Is Bounding pulse the same as palpitations?
3. What can i do to help reduce it?
Thanks for listening.
You say you are mostly anxiety free, but that means you still feel anxiety or panic sometimes.
In my experience, even though you can get a control of your anxiety, it can take several months for your central nervous system to properly calm down again.
Whatever you've done to reduce your anxiety, just keep doing that. Over time your body will catch up and start to relax again
But its not like i feel anxious. I feel normal. My body is feeling anxious it like a seperation of body and mind if you understand what i mean
That's pretty much what I explained.
It takes a while for your central nervous system to calm down even though you don't feel anxiety.
So the burning chest thing keeps happening constantly. And always when i suddenly wake up. Like for instance i had to jump from my bed early to get mail abd it started to burn for the rest of the day. Or my gf got out of bed for water and i woke up, it started to burn aswell. Its so annoying and scary
