Pulled stomach muscles from sex

Hi sorry to be a bit forward but 2 nights ago me and my girlfriend had quite rough sex and I’ve woken up today with my lower abdomen feeling like I’ve pulled all my muscles or Like I’ve done 100 sit ups, is this normal?

Why should it be anything to worry about? How can it be anything sinister?

Just with any abdomen pain I worry, but I’ve just had clear blood results and a clear stool sample so I know I just have ibs and anxiety

But you know what caused it and you know it is pulled muscles so you don't really need to seek reassurance as that doesn't help long term.

I guess so, it’s just with my ibs I get concerned about tummy pain

But that is normal as well. I have IBS as well as Crohn's.
