Has anyone got any way to get rid of them without using painkillers? They don't work for me and I'm scared tobtake paracetamol again after a reaction a couple of months ago which ended up in me being sick, a lot!

I get them when I'm stressed and when really tired which are 2 things I'm suffering badly from at the moment but I keep getting them, especially in work and they drive me mad. They don't stop me doing anything but they are a pain.
