    Stopping in to say Hi

Hey everyone hope your nights/days are going well.. it's been a while since I posted.. since the day I left my husband in fact just wanted to say things are really going well.

I get anxious from time to time but I haven't had a major attack since I left. I have my moments where my freedom does scare me because I'm not used to it and I'm not used to relaxing or being without all the yelling I was used to with him.

I guess this is my offer of advice to those out there who suffer attacks like I have..examine your entire life.. look at everything that causes you stress, search for your triggers they are there you just have to find them..

Everyday is still an adventure for me lol and there are times I drift away waiting for something to go wrong.. i've found that people yelling around me makes me jumpy.. really jumpy usally startles me out of my skin..

But still I'm waiting.. wondering when the yare going to come back again..

I'm really pleased to hear things are going well for you. I remember reading your post about leaving your husband so am glad it worked out for the best.

Sounds like you are enjoying your new-found freedom. Don't let the threat of them coming back spoil it. Sounds like you are doing great!

    Hi Talia

Well done on you. So pleased to hear how well things are going for you.

You made a big decision and it was the right one, how many of us given that choice would shy away or brush it under the carpet.

Great advice about search for the triggers because they are there you just have to find them. You faced reality head on and i really admire you for that.

Thanks for posting, keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on.

    Love Sal xx
